Welcome to the website for Knockderry Castle. This building that sits atop an ancient Viking Fort on the gorgeous coastline of Argyll & Bute, is being thoughtfully and respectfully restored and upgraded into the 21st century by
David & Chelom Leavitt and a team of dedicated and creative individuals.

In 2022 we purchased Knockderry Castle after looking and dreaming about Scottish castles for over a decade.

We started documenting our journey back in 2023 when we bought the castle, as a way to keep our nearest and dearest up to date - we couldn’t have dreamt one day we’d have our own YouTube channel. It’s a real privilege to be able to share this journey with so many people, and we appreciate every single person involved in this project.
